I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been noticing some small blood tissue in my sputum since this morning, even though I don't have a cough or cold. My throat hurts a little, and I've got a mild headache too. I've started taking vitamin C for immunity over the last four days. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and is there anything specific you would recommend I do?

View allMy dad's been in the hospital for a month because of covid, and 20 of those days were in the ICU with ventilator NIV support. After he got diagnosed with covid-19, he's also dealing with pulmonary fibrosis. The CT scan says it's a follow-up case of covid-19 pneumonia with severe changes, and mentions things like ground glass attenuation, septal thickening, traction bronchiectasis, and bronchiolectasis in his lungs. There's also some emphysematous changes in his right upper lobe and mild elevation of the right diaphragm dome. The liver and spleen look normal, but there's a small cyst in his liver's left lobe. I'm really worried is this something that can get better?

I recently got my lab results and I'm pretty concerned because my TLC is really high at 13700, ESR is 80, and my neutrophils are also high at 80. Plus, my lymphocytes are low. The sputum gram stain shows positive cocci, but the culture report just says normal flora. I haven't had a fever, but I'm experiencing pain when I inhale, and my phlegm sometimes has a foul smell or even looks rusty brown. I've also been dealing with tonsillitis. Do you think there's a chance I might have tuberculosis, or could this just be some kind of other infection? I'd really appreciate any insights.
Do CBNAAT.

I've been having a lingering cough, mucus, and this annoying chest pressure ever since I recovered from COVID about two months ago. It's really bothering me, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I see a doctor, or is there some over-the-counter medication that might help?
Syrup salbutamol 10 ml orally thrice daily is advised to the patient.
