I'm feeling like I have a fever, but when I check my body temperature, it seems normal. I haven't got a thermometer handy right now. What should I do? Is there a specific medicine you'd recommend for this?

If you're experiencing internal feverish sensations without a raised body temperature, you can try taking Paracetamol (Crocin, Calpol, or equivalent) 500mg-1000mg, but if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor to rule out underlying conditions that may require specific treatment.

View allI'm really concerned about my husband's RT PCR report. His RdRp and N gene CT values are 24 and 23. He had a fever from Tuesday to Thursday, then it went away for two days, but now he's back to having a fever at 100 this morning. He's only taking paracetamol and doesn't have any other symptoms right now. But I've developed a dry cough since yesterday, though I don't have a fever. Our kid seems fine at the moment. What should we do next, and are there any specific medicines you recommend for both of us?

I've been having this fever that just keeps coming back every few hours. When I take paracetamol and get some sleep, my temperature drops, and I feel completely fine, but then the fever returns after about 34 hours and I start feeling dizzy again. I'm getting really worried about this pattern. What could be causing this and what should I do?
need more detailed history since how many days or any other associated symptoms you are suffering from

I'm feeling some pain in my upper back and upper abdominal on the left side. It just started all of a sudden yesterday, and I notice it mostly when I'm moving around, picking up things, or even just laying down. I'm a bit worried about what could be causing this. Could it be something serious?
It sounds like you might be experiencing muscle strain or possibly an issue with the organs in that area, such as the spleen or stomach. If the pain persists or worsens, it's important to get it checked by a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions. Rest, gentle stretching, and avoiding heavy lifting might help in the meantime.
