I found out I have mild to moderate varicocele in my left testis after a Doppler test and ultrasound. Could prone masturbation be causing this? What should I do next is surgery necessary or are there other options?
Varicocele is not caused by masturbation. Mild-to-moderate cases are usually managed conservatively. Surgery (varicocelectomy) is needed only if fertility is affected or pain persists.

I have 12mm and 6.3mm stones in both kidneys and my doctor recommended surgery to drill the kidney. I'm only 27 and really scared about going through this is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can try at my age
