I'm feeling pretty miserable with a runny nose, headache, and a bit of a fever since yesterday. I tried taking some nimesulide and paracetamol, but it hasn't helped at all. Can you suggest something that might actually work? I'm really looking for the best prescription you could recommend.

View allI'm a bit worried about a cat bite I got recently. Can you tell me how long the anti-rabies vaccination stays effective? And is it necessary to get a tetanus shot after a cat bite too? I've had some vaccinations before, but I'm not sure if I'm still covered. Would love your thoughts on this.
A full course of Rabies vaccination may provide protection for upto 5 years. Estimation of anti-rabies antibody level in the blood may help in this regard. A single booster dose of rabies vaccine once a year for those at high risk is harmless and may provide adequate protection. Tetanus vaccine is needed when there is open wound. But a single booster dose can be protective for upto 5 years.

Is there any connection between CRP levels and getting the COVID vaccine? And if there is, what CRP level should I be looking out for? Also, are there other things I should keep an eye on before getting vaccinated?
CRP (C-reactive protein) is not directly related to covid vaccination. However, it can be used as a marker of inflammation in the body. There is no specific CRP value that determines eligibility for covid vaccination. Before taking the vaccine, it is important to check for any allergies to vaccine components, previous adverse reactions to vaccines, and any current illnesses or infections. It is also recommended to inform the healthcare provider about any medications being taken, especially immunosuppressive medications.

I'm 35 and my schedule is really hectic, so I find it hard to eat healthy. I'm wondering if there's a safe multivitamin tablet I can take daily without worrying about side effects. Any advice would be helpful.
