I'm feeling pretty worried because I have a sore throat and just noticed some red bumps at the back of my mouth. I've had a sore throat plenty of times, but I never checked inside my mouth before, so Im not sure if these bumps are normal. Ive also got a cough and a bit of a stuffy nose. Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?

Last night, I suddenly experienced a strong shaking chill that lasted for about 3 to 4 minutes. It was pretty intense and I'm a bit concerned about what might have caused it. Could it be something serious or is it just a one-time thing? Would love to hear your thoughts on what might have happened and if I should take any precautions or seek medical advice.

I'm really not that great at English, so bear with me. Anyway, about five days ago, I started feeling this chest tightness and had a lump-in-the-throat kind of feeling. I checked online and decided to drink a bottle of Smirnoff Mule vodkait works as my soda substitute. It helped a bit, though I could still feel a bit of tightness, but not as bad as before. So now, three days later, I'm feeling this discomfort in my lower left rib cage and my back, but there's no pain when I press on the area, and it disappeared after 24 hours. Right now, it's more about discomfort on the left side of my throat when I swallow, near my Adam's apple. I haven't had a fever since last week, either. Could you guide me on where I might be able to have a general check-up around the BGC or Pembo Makati area?

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

My dad has been dealing with covid and it's been about 6 days now. He's running a fever, peaking at 100F every 24 hours, and his oxygen levels are fluctuating between 93 and 97. He's had a cough even before this, but it seems to have gotten a bit worse since the covid diagnosis. While he's quarantined at home and mostly okay, he does mention feeling short of breath at times. What should we be doing to make sure he's on the right track health-wise?

regular breathing exercises, drink warm water, check BP and blood sugar regularly
