I'm feeling pretty worried because I have a sore throat and just noticed some red bumps at the back of my mouth. I've had a sore throat plenty of times, but I never checked inside my mouth before, so Im not sure if these bumps are normal. Ive also got a cough and a bit of a stuffy nose. Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?

Hey, I've been taking Supradyn and Becosule, and I'm wondering if it's okay to use them regularly. Should I take a break after a month or just keep going? What's the longest duration I can safely take these vitamins?
Supradyn and Becosule can be taken regularly if advised by a doctor, as they are generally safe for long-term use to address vitamin deficiencies. However, its best to reassess your need for them every 1-3 months to avoid overuse and ensure theyre still necessary for your health.

Can taking paracetamol help with a stomachache? I'm not sure if it's safe or effective for this kind of pain. What do you think?
Paracetamol is not typically recommended for stomach aches, as it's primarily used to relieve headaches, fever, and body aches; instead, consider over-the-counter antacids or acid reducers like ranitidine or omeprazole, but if your stomach ache persists or worsens, consult a doctor to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
