I'm feeling quite worried about a few things. I recently had a general check-up, and they found my gall bladder to be moderately distended but without any calculi or wall thickening. What concerns me is my bloating, indigestion, and irregular bowel movements. The ultrasound mentioned fatty liver grade 1 too, and that has me even more concerned. I've also been experiencing daily stomach cramps, along with back and leg cramps. I've tried a lot of tablets for these issues and even had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done - both were normal. All other tests like my CBC, LFT, and RFT came back normal too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

Found a 12 mm liver haemangioma in the left lobe on my ultrasound report. I've been having abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting can this be managed with meds or will I need surgery?
Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.

I've been dealing with chronic gastritis since October 2013, but back then my liver tests were normal and my liver fibroscan didn't show any issues. Recently, my lab results showed total bilirubin at 1.46 with direct at 0.36 and indirect at 1.10, SGOT at 22.90, and SGPT at 28.30. Ive been taking Rekool10 for a few months as well as avas 10 since February 2015 for cholesterol and olsartan AM 205. Should I be worried about my liver or these test results? How is this connected to my ongoing gastritis problem? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything here.
. You are taking dyslipedemic tablet, anti hypertensive ,gastritis has to be managed with changed lifestyle and diet.. You have to avoid fatty foods , restrict salt intake.. Have buttermilk, curd rice in each meal... Drink lot of water.. Moderate physical activity is required for any human.
