I'm feeling really breathless for the past 5 days, but I don't have any cough or flu symptoms. I've tried taking anti-allergic and anti-acidic nasal sprays, and Ive been using steam. I've also taken Novacef 500, Xyxal M, and Sompraz 40. I've got some relief, but it's not completely better. Could you give me some advice on what else I might try?

I'm dealing with allergic bronchitis and allergic rhinitis for a while now, and I'm taking Ab Phylline SR 200 and Symbicort. I just got my blood test results back, and my ESR is at 24, which seems a bit high, and my lymphocytes are at 43.8, above the usual limit. Is this something I should be concerned about in relation to my allergy issues? Could these levels be contributing to my symptoms?

Continue symbicort inhaler sos for breathing difficulty.Rest continue all the medications.

Given your persistent cough for 30 days, it's important to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. Medications like antibiotics or inhalers may be prescribed based on the diagnosis, but a proper assessment is needed to determine the right treatment.
