I'm feeling really breathless for the past 5 days, but I don't have any cough or flu symptoms. I've tried taking anti-allergic and anti-acidic nasal sprays, and Ive been using steam. I've also taken Novacef 500, Xyxal M, and Sompraz 40. I've got some relief, but it's not completely better. Could you give me some advice on what else I might try?

View allI'm really worried about my father's health. He's 56 and just had a CT score of 925 at the end of April. His CRP is 40.5 mg, serum LDH is 823.1 UL, D-Dimer is 319.92 ngmL, and ferritin is 769.63 ngmL. His oxygen levels keep fluctuating between 90 and 92, occasionally hitting 93 or 94. He started on steroids and anticoagulants from May 1st, but before that, he had dexona and deriphyllin for about one and a half days at the end of April. What should we do next? Is there anything specific we need to watch out for or ask his doctor about?
continue the treatment , put on oxygen if level fall below 90 percent

I'm really concerned about my recent chest X-ray results which show that both hilar and lung markings are increased. Also, I've been having a fever fluctuating between 99-100 degrees for the last 15 days. No other symptoms have shown up yet. What could this mean? Should I be worried about anything serious?
