I'm feeling really confused about this. One doctor suggested taking microdox lbx tablets for my pimples, which seem to help, but I've heard from other doctors that they might not be safe. What should I do?

I recommend trying Fluconazole (brand name Diflucan) at a dosage of 150mg once a week for 4-6 weeks. Additionally, applying Clotrimazole cream (brand name Lotrimin) twice daily to the affected area can help in faster resolution of the infection.
