I'm feeling really confused and a bit worried after I got my results from a pre-medical exam for work on Wednesday. My X-ray results mentioned something about "pulmo clearance," and I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean. I haven't had any issues with TB, or even a cough in the past year. Can you help me understand what I should do next?

View allI'm really worried about my dad who's 73. He was diagnosed with COVID-19 on June 14th and had a mild fever, but that went away after taking paracetamol. Now he's started coughing since yesterday and while we're giving him Reswas syrup, it hasn't completely stopped. His D-dimer is 0.87 and CRP 9.6. Should we be concerned about these numbers? Is there anything else we should be doing or any other meds he might need?

I'm having a really tough time with my breathing, and recently, I think it might be Phlegm-related. A while back, I had a lot of sugary stuff, and then I started having trouble with this wet cough and lots of Phlegm. My doctor suggested Asthalin AX syrup for this wet cough, and it helped some with the Phlegm. Also, I noticed when I stopped the sweets, the Phlegm kind of stopped too. But even now and then, I still feel like I'm not getting enough air. I've been on some antibiotics for an infection like the Symbiotik capsule, vycor forte tablet, Bethansol tablet, and Asthalin Ax Syrup. I'm really concerned if it's okay to take all these medicines to sort out the shortness of breath because of the Phlegm and the cough. I'm just looking for some advice on how to deal with the short breath due to this cough and Phlegm situation.

I'm a bit confused about my chest X-ray report, and I could use some help understanding it. It mentions both lung fields being clear, which sounds good, but then there's something about "prominent marking" seen. Should I be worried about what that means? Also, they noted both girls are normal and no lymphadenopathy, which I assume is good news? They say the CP angles are clear and the soft tissues and bony thorax are normal, too. Does everything seem okay here, or is there anything I should be concerned about or follow up on?
