I'm feeling really confused and worried. Last year, my echocardiogram showed diastolic dysfunction, but when I did it again this year, it showed everything was fine with no sign of it. I'm trying to understand if diastolic dysfunction can reverse itself? I read online that it usually happens to older people, but I'm not that old and my blood pressure, sugar, and thyroid levels are all normal. Why did this happen to me, and should I be worried about it?

Your present echocardiogram is normal, previous report may reflect your clinical condition on that time. At present your reports are within normal limits.

I'm dealing with Sinus Arrhythmia and have been on Cordarone 100 daily. I recently had a 24-hour Holter monitor test, which showed many periods of Sinus Bradycardia and frequent PVCs. My Echo cardiogram says LVEF is 72 with Trivial MRTR. Everything else like my ECG, lipid, thyroid, kidney, and liver profiles are coming back normal. My HbA1c is at 4.9 and my hemoglobin is 15.10. Can you please help me understand what all this means and if there's anything specific I should be doing or worrying about?

I keep waking up with chest pain in the morning. I've already had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-rays, and everything came back normal. I'm currently taking acidity tablets. Sometimes I even feel a pinning sensation in my chest. Do you have any advice on how I can make this pain go away?
