I'm feeling really off with sweating and shivering, and it's like I can't control it. Then out of nowhere, I really need to go to the bathroom. My forehead feels like it's under a lot of pressure and I'm having difficulty breathing through my nose because it's all clogged up. Do you have any idea what's going on or how I can get rid of these symptoms?

I'm a bit worried because I recently recovered from dengue, which was confirmed on June 20th. Now, 43 days ago, I had a mild fever and headache. Could this be related to dengue in any way?
