I'm feeling really tired and weak after my angioplasty. I'm also sweating a lot, and I've got these cold shivers. Walking is hard because of that, and I've noticed five black dots on the sole of my foot. Is this something I should be worried about? What could be causing all this?

It is post angioplasty complications.. The complications will settle within 2-3 days, if persisting cardiologist opinion is advised to the patient..

I'm a bit worried because my doctor said it's palpitation and my ECG came back normal. At the time, my heart rate was around 100 bpm, and they prescribed me medicine for 10 days. Now it's the fourth day, and I'm noticing my heart rate is sometimes above 100 or in the 90s, but when I wake up, it's around 80 or 78, and at night it's between 67 and 72 when I'm resting. How long do you think it'll take for my heart rate to stabilize back to normal? It's above 90 and sometimes even over 100 in the afternoon before it calms down.
The medication prescribed by your doctor is likely a beta-blocker such as Metoprolol. The usual dosage for heart palpitations is around 25-50mg twice daily. I was lying down and felt some mild chest pain, so I went to the doctor. They did an ECG and echo, and everything seemed normal, but it showed something about a mild TR Pah and Tr jet at 2.8 with RVSP at 30rap. The doctor said it was fine. A year later, I had another echo, and this time it showed no TR, just PJV at 1.23 msec. I'm not really sure what that means and just want to confirm that there's no PH. The echo report says chamber size and function are normal, so should I be worried about anything?

This indicates that there is no significant backflow of blood through the tricuspid valve and the blood flow through the pulmonary valve is normal.
