I'm feeling really worried because I have this sore chest pain, and it feels like there's a small lump that's growing. Whenever I move, it seems like the lump is attached and it's really painful. It's just between my breasts. Could you tell me what this might be?

View allI noticed a small growth in my groin area and went to a general surgeon who diagnosed it as a sebaceous cyst and recommended surgery. But it's not causing me any discomfort, and I read online that applying apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball might help treat it. Is that actually effective or should I stick to the doctor's advice?

My MRI report shows a perianal fistula with an external opening in the left paramedian gluteal cleft. Can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery?
In most cases, a perianal fistula with an external opening in the left paramedian gluteal cleft requires surgical intervention to resolve. While medication, like antibiotics, might be used to manage associated infections, they won't cure the fistula itself. Surgery, often a fistulotomy, is needed to open and drain the fistula tract, allowing healing from the bottom up.

I have a 7mm umbilical hernia and I've been going to the gym and lifting weights. Is there any way to cure this without surgery and could working out make the hernia worse
A 7mm umbilical hernia, while small, generally cannot be cured without surgery in adults. While exercise can help strengthen abdominal muscles, activities that increase pressure in the abdomen, like heavy lifting or sit-ups, can worsen the hernia. It's best to consult a doctor for advice on managing your hernia and safe exercise
