I'm feeling really worried because I've had a fever for the past two days, and now I'm okay, but I'm having a lot of trouble breathing, and my cough is pretty bad. I was taking zentocol and paracetamol as my doctor suggested, but just a while ago, I started getting really dizzy and my chest is making a Gur Gur sound. Plus, there's this weird stuff coming out when I cough. What should I do next?

View allI found out I had COVID on April 20th, and although I'm on medication, I'm mostly just taking vitamins and that ascoril ls cough syrup now. My cough is still really bad, especially in the evenings and at night. This morning I coughed so much that I noticed some blood in my sputum a couple of times. What should I do to get better? Would love some advice.
take a course of antibiotics

I'm a bit worried because my x-ray results mentioned "minimal fibrosis noted in the upper lobes." What exactly does that mean? Should I be concerned? I'm just trying to understand it better.
Minimal fibrosis in the upper lobes of your lungs means there is a small amount of scarring in that area. This could be due to past inflammation or mild lung injury, but it generally doesn't indicate a serious condition. Its important to monitor your symptoms and follow up with your doctor for further evaluation if needed.

I've been noticing something unusual when I sleep. I recorded myself and it turns out I breathe really heavily on the exhale, making this strange hissing sound. Do you have any idea what this could be?
That could be snoring and is normal no need to owrry you can ignore it
