I'm feeling some discomfort in my chest and pain in my left hand, and I'm not sure what it might mean. I've been dealing with diabetes, thyroid issues, and something called spondylitis. My ECG had some signs, and my TMT came back as mildly positive. What steps should I follow next?

I'm dealing with rheumatic heart disease and usually use Penicillin LA12, but it's currently unavailable. My doctor suggested I take Pendids 400 instead. Are there any concerns with switching to this medication at the age of 30, or is it safe to use in place of Penidura LA12?

Penicillin G Benzathine (Penidura LA12) is commonly used for the treatment of Rheumatic Heart Diseases. Since it is currently out of stock, Penicillin V (Pendids 400) can be a suitable alternative. The recommended dosage for Pendids 400 is usually 400 mg taken orally every 6 hours. It is important to follow your doctor's prescription and guidance for the proper treatment of your condition.

My dad got his first Covaxin dose today and he stopped taking Ecosprin AV 75 two days ago. I'm wondering if it's okay for him to start taking it again now or if he should wait a couple more days.

"Dear SirMam, your father can continue taking Ecosprin AV 75 along with Covaxin. There is no need to stop it for 2-3 more days. The combination is safe and can be continued as prescribed. The usual dosage for Ecosprin AV 75 is one tablet once daily."

I'm really struggling to manage my high blood pressure and I'm feeling worried about the side effects I'm experiencing. Right now, I'm taking Amlopres AT 25 in the morning and plain Amlodipine 2.5 in the evening, but I just don't feel fresh and there's this persistent pain in my ankle. I did try switching to Metaprolol, but it only made my BP and heart rate go up. I also attempted using Telmesartan with Amlodipine, which controlled my BP, but then my heart rate increased. I'm feeling stuck and a bit lost about what to do next. My lipid profile is under control with cholesterol at 150 and triglycerides at 76, and my fasting blood sugar is 106. Could you suggest a better medication plan or any other advice?

Take Temsan AM for 15 days , and check BP after 15 days
