I'm feeling some discomfort in my chest and pain in my left hand, and I'm not sure what it might mean. I've been dealing with diabetes, thyroid issues, and something called spondylitis. My ECG had some signs, and my TMT came back as mildly positive. What steps should I follow next?

I'm feeling this weird sinking sensation in my chest every now and then, especially when I'm super stressed out. It's kind of freaking me out, even though I've had an ECG and checked my blood pressure, and both are normal. What could this possibly mean?

That could be due to anxiety ,needs evaluation visit general physician for further management

I've been dealing with blood pressure issues for about a year now. Initially, I was on S Numlo, but I had to stop because it caused swelling in my legs. Then, I switched to Eritel 40 mg for a few months, and now I've been taking Eritel 20 mg for the past couple of months. My main concern is that I've been gaining weight since my blood pressure diagnosis, and I'm worried it might be because of the Eritel tablets. Do you think the medication could be causing the weight gain?

Weight gain is a common side effect of certain blood pressure medications, including Eritel (Metoprolol); consider discussing alternative medications or adjusting your dosage with your doctor, and in the meantime, focus on a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise (aiming for 150 minutesweek), and stress management techniques to help manage weight and blood pressure.

I'm experiencing some pinching and squeezing chest pains, and my heart rate seems to jump between 80 and 120 with some palpitations. The pain tends to be worse in the afternoons after I eat, but it also happens in the evenings, especially when I start thinking about stuff, even small thoughts make my heart rate go up but it does slow down after I get myself to calm down. I've done multiple ECGs, TM tests, and echoes, and they've all been normal so far. There is sinus tachycardia, though. I don't smoke or drink, but I'm dealing with a lot of anxiety and worry. My cholesterol is at 240 and my blood pressure is around 13090. My sugar levels are almost normal and I weigh 70 kgs with a 5.5 height. I follow a light veg South rice diet and don't eat meat. What's causing this chest pain and geyser-like hot sensation? It's really unsettling and causing me some social anxiety. I'm not married and I don't really have much of a social life. What should I do?
