I'm feeling like there's bone cracking or nerve tearing in the center of my chest when I sneeze, even when it's not too forceful. My chest feels heavy, I'm constantly fatigued, and I find it a bit hard to breathe almost every day. This has been going on for about two years now. I stopped exercising a while ago and my lifestyle is super sedentary. I get tired really quickly, like just from climbing stairs while carrying a bit of weight. Sometimes when I sneeze, this super sticky heavy transparent cough comes out straight away without just staying in my mouth. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this?

I'm really worried about my mom. After she had severe Covid with pneumonia, her HRCT showed ground glass opacity. We did another HRCT later and it mentioned scattered ground glass opacity and something called Koch's lesion. Now, a year later, her CT scan shows a few lung nodules, with the largest being 9mm, and the doctor is suggesting a bronchoscopy. I'm confused and scared about why this is happening. Also, she has severe OSA and uses a machine at night. Could you help me understand what's going on and why the bronchoscopy is needed?

I'm dealing with COVID for a second time and am currently on my 5th day of quarantine. When I check my oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter, the readings vary depending on which finger I use. Which figure should I trust? And also, my ct value on the RT-PCR test came out to be 27. Does that indicate anything concerning or am I in the safe zone?

I'm really worried about my grandfather who was just admitted because of breathing problems. They put him on a ventilator, and I'm wondering if that's safe. Also, what are the chances of him pulling through after being on a ventilator? They did some treatment to clear out his mucus as well. Can you give me an idea of his survival chances?
