I'm currently 6 weeks and 1 day into my pregnancy, and it happened through IVF. I just found out that my baby's heartbeat is 98 bpm at 6 weeks and 1 day. Is this considered low or is there any risk involved? I'm a bit anxious and would love to know if this is something I should be worried about.

I've been taking nitrofurantoin and now I'm on my last day, but even though the painful urination has stopped, I'm starting to get this itchy feeling down there, and I've noticed three small cuts on the skin between my vagina and anus.
