I'm five months pregnant and my recent ultrasound, the TIFFA scan, showed that my baby's kidneys are swelling. I'm really worried. Is this a major problem? Are there things I can do to help reduce the swelling before the next scan?

The swelling in your baby's kidneys, detected during the TIFFA scan at 5 months, may indicate a condition like hydronephrosis or pyelectasis, which can be caused by a urinary tract obstruction or infection; while it's a concern, many cases resolve on their own, and with proper monitoring and care, the prognosis is often good; to reduce swelling and ensure the best possible outcome, follow your doctor's recommendations, attend all scheduled prenatal appointments, and maintain a healthy lifestyle, including staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and managing stress.

View allI've been told during my level 2 scan that I have a low lying placenta, specifically 1.3 cm from the OS. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to fly. If it is safe, how far into my pregnancy can I travel by air? If flying isn't recommended, what precautions should I take?
In cases of low lying placenta with advancement in pregnancy there is higher risk of bleeding PV hence bed rest is adviced, better not to travel ,if it si cumpolsary follow your doctors advice

I've been using the Prega News kit, and there's a very faint line that showed up after a minute of taking the test. It wasn't there when I first checked right after the test. This faint line is barely visible, doesn't have much color, and it isn't showing in the picture I took. Does this mean it's just too early to tell, or could this mean a negative result? I'm a bit unsure and would love some guidance on this.
-A very faint line can sometimes appear when the test is taken early, as the hCG levels might be too low to show a strong result. It's best to wait a few more days and retest, as testing too early can lead to unclear results.

I'm really worried about my baby's growth since the scan at 30 weeks and 5 days showed a weight of 1265 grams with a variation of 185 grams. The report mentioned 28 weeks and 6 days with mild IUGR. I've started on argipreg sachets and alamine forte twice daily, and I'm trying to eat as well as I canmilk with protein powder, three eggs, dry fruits, curd, coconut water, and fresh fruits every day. Is there anything else I should be doing or keeping an eye on?
