I'm getting worried because I've been using Cutisoft for almost a week now to treat these shining rashes, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement. Is there anything else I should be doing, or could there be a reason it's not working?

View allI've been experiencing some really uncomfortable itching between my legs, near my private area. It started a few days ago and has spread a bit. Sometimes the urge to scratch becomes hard to resist, but it only makes things worse. I've been using moisturizer and Boroline antiseptic cream, and I wash the area regularly with soap. Could you recommend a cream to help with this and any precautions I should be taking? Also, is there something I'm doing wrong with my current routine?
Based on your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection in the groin area, also known as jock itch. To treat this, I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole cream twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you should keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton underwear, and avoid sharing towels or clothing with others to prevent spreading the infection.

I've noticed some small white spots on my penis foreskin, and I'm a bit worried about what they might be. I went to see a urologist, and he mentioned that it's not serious but might be related to dermatology. The thing is, it's hard to find a private dermatologist consultation around here. What could these spots be, and how should I go about getting them treated?
The small white spots on your penis foreskin could be a condition called Fordyce spots, which are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you are concerned or if they are causing discomfort, you can visit a dermatologist for further evaluation. The dermatologist may prescribe a topical treatment such as Retin-A (tretinoin) cream to help reduce the appearance of the spots. It is important to follow the dermatologist's advice for proper management of the condition.

I've been dealing with these recurring abscesses for the past few months, and it's getting pretty frustrating. Some of them are really painful and take days to heal, while others get better faster. Whenever one is about to drain, the pain gets intense enough that I have to rely on Flexone to manage it. Is there something I can do to prevent them from happening so often? Should I be concerned about how frequently they occur?
