I'm going to Kuwait for a job, and I'm really worried about this mild increase in bronchovascular markings that's shown up on my chest exam. I've got a GCC GAMCA medical test coming up, and Im anxious about whether this issue might cause me to fail the test. Ive tried reaching out to different doctors, but I havent gotten a clear response. Can you let me know if this is something that will make me unfit for the job medical test?

I've been dealing with pleural tuberculosis and have just finished my first two months of treatment. The fluid buildup started clearing up once I began treatment, but I'm still experiencing a mild fever in the evenings, around 99.3, that lasts until I go to bed. I'm kind of worried and really want to know when this fever might finally disappear, especially since I'm having trouble reaching my doctor with everything shut down. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?

fever will be relieved almost after 2 months, take tablet dolo 650mg

I'm having trouble breathing, especially when I exercise or if I'm around strong smells. I don't cough much, but occasionally I feel some chest pain. I've never had any wheezing, so I'm not sure if it could be asthma or something else. What could be causing this?

Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I'm really anxious about my mom's recent chest pain. The doctor suggested a CT scan, and the report mentions something about alveolo fibrotic opacity in her left upper lobe and the superior segment of her right lower lobe. It also noted no pleural effusion thickening. Could you explain what all this means? I'm really worried about her.

Probable differential diagnosis include sarcoidosis,Silicosis,Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and pneumoconioses.etc , pulmonologist opinion is advised for further management.
