I'm going through some digestive issues and could really use your advice. My bowel movements aren't regular, but when they are, they're pretty loose. I've been taking medication, and that seems to help with the consistency, but then I get these gas problems. Interestingly, these gas issues seem to ease up after I've had a bowel movement. I'm really trying to figure out what's going on. Could this be some side effect of the medication, or is there something else at play here?

I'm curious about something that keeps coming up in my ultrasound scans. They always mention that the pancreas is obscured by bowel gas. What side is pancreas on?
Pancreas is about 6 inch long situated across the back of the abdomen behind the stomach. It's head is on right side of the abodmen and tail is towards the left side of abdomen.
