I'm a guy but my voice sounds really high-pitched and feminine is there any way to fix this? Could it be hormonal or would I need some kind of surgery to change it?

I've been taking HIFENACP twice daily for 3 days, along with Levocetirizine and Azithromycin once daily because I had a fever of 102 and body ache. I'm almost done with the medication, but my throat infection is still really bad. Should I continue the medication or switch to something else? If yes, what would you recommend?
