I'm a guy but my voice sounds really high-pitched and feminine is there any way to fix this? Could it be hormonal or would I need some kind of surgery to change it?

View allI've been dealing with sinus issues and nasal polyps for a while sometimes I feel okay, but other times there's constant sneezing, nose swelling, and watery discharge. One side of my nose is almost always blocked, and my nose bone seems slightly bent. Doctors have suggested surgery as the only option, but I'm wondering if there's any way to treat this without going under the knife. Are there non-surgical treatments that could help?
septoplasty is advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with a blocked right ear due to wax buildup and I'm not sure what to do. I've got these small packets of Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9 with me, but I'm unsure if they're safe to use as ear drops for this. The label says it's a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, with a pH of 4.5 to 7.0 and no preservatives. Is it okay to use this on my ear, or should I look for something else?
Yes youcan use it no problem

I've been dealing with allergic rhinitis for a while and recently saw a homeopath who said it's turned into nasal polyps. Is there any way to treat nasal polyps without having to go through surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible.
