I'm having a bit of a hard time with my head feeling heavy and one of my ears being blocked for the last couple of days. It's kind of bothersome, and it's been causing some pain around my forehead and eyes too. Ive been told I have raised IgE levels, and I'm already using a nasal corticosteroid as part of my treatment. Could this be related? I'd appreciate some guidance on what might be going on.

Don't panic. A painless blister on the penis can have various causes.
Consult a:
- Urologist
- Dermatologist
- STI specialist
For a proper evaluation, they may:
- Examine the blister
- Take a sample for testing (if necessary)
- Discuss your medical history and symptoms
Avoid self-diagnosis and self-treatment. A professional evaluation will provide accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Hey, I've noticed that when my husband sneezes, there's this really bad smell. It's pretty concerning. He also has bad breath every now and then. What could be causing this? I'm a bit worried.
If this is his only symptom, then it could suggest a sinus infection. If the smell is perceived by everyone, but not your husband himself, it coulf be suggestive of atrophic rhinitis. In either case, it is recommendable to get an ENT specialist's opinion.

My wife has been dealing with some really bothersome throat pain and we're not sure what's going on. We've tried giving her some tablets, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. She also has this really bad cough that's worrying us. Could you help us figure out what's happening?
Your wife's throat pain and bad cough could be symptoms of a sore throat, also known as pharyngitis, which is usually caused by a viral infection like the common cold or flu. It's possible that the tablets she took didn't provide relief because they might not have addressed the underlying cause.
