I'm having a bit of an issue and I'm really concerned. During intercourse, I noticed that the foreskin on my penis gets cut at the lower inner joint. It bleeds quite a lot when it happens, although it does stop eventually. This has been worrying me since it first happened about 34 days ago. The cut is still open and in the process of healing. I'm also diabetic, which I know might make things a bit more complicated. Is this something serious? Should I be considering seeing a doctor about this?

It's important to get the cut checked by a doctor, especially with diabetes, as healing can be slower, and there's a risk of infection. If it's not healing properly or if you experience pain, swelling, or redness, please consult a healthcare professional for proper care.

Six months post-op from open varicocele surgery, it's generally safe to resume running and working out, but it's crucial to listen to your body and gradually increase activity levels. While light exercise like walking is often recommended early on, avoid strenuous activities like running and weightlifting for the initial few weeks

I'm worried because I've been having early discharge and trouble with erections after taking Patanjali Shilajeet capsules a while back. I'm concerned about how this might affect me in the future. Could you guide me on what to do for better treatment?
Its possible that the Patanjali Shilajit capsules may have affected your hormonal balance or caused temporary changes. For better management of early discharge and erectile issues, I recommend consulting with a doctor who can evaluate your specific condition and suggest treatments like lifestyle changes, counseling, or medications that address the root cause effectively.
