I'm having this chest pain since the afternoon and it's really close to my heart. The pain isn't going away and I'm a bit worried it might be a heart attack. Could you give me some advice on what to do?

Chest pain can be a serious symptom and should not be ignored. If you are experiencing continuous chest pain near your heart, it is important to seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime, you can take Aspirin 325mg to help reduce the risk of a potential heart attack. Please consult with a healthcare professional as soon as possible for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

View allI'm pretty worried right now because my heart rate is 92102 per minute while I'm just laying down. It's making me feel really nervous and even more sick. Plus, my left hand and the left side of my back (not right in the middle) are aching. Could this be some kind of warning sign?
Your symptoms of increased heart rate, nervousness, left hand ache, and left side back pain could be due to anxiety or stress. However, it is important to rule out any underlying heart condition. I recommend you take a tablet of propranolol 10mg to help lower your heart rate and reduce anxiety. You can take it up to three times a day as needed. Additionally, you can take acetaminophen 500mg for the left hand and back pain. Make sure to rest and try some relaxation techniques to help alleviate your symptoms.

I've been diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy and my doctor has put me on Dytor 5 Plus and Cardace 1.25. He mentioned I need to take these meds for 6 months, but I'm a bit worried about whether it's really safe to be on Dytor 5 Plus for such a long period. Could there be any side effects from taking it for 6 months or maybe longer?

Ive been experiencing this weird sensation in my chest where it feels like its shaking. It seems to come and go, lasting anywhere from around 2 to 3 minutes, and then comes back again. What could this possibly be, and should I be worried about it?
It sounds like you may be experiencing palpitations. Palpitations are sensations of a rapid, fluttering, or pounding heart. In some cases, they may be harmless, but it's important to get evaluated by a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause. In the meantime, you can try to reduce caffeine and stress in your daily routine. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you may consider taking a beta-blocker medication like Metoprolol (25-50mg) to help manage the palpitations.
