I'm having this discomfort with my left testicle, especially when there's even just a little pressure. It really hurts sometimes when I'm walking around. There's no swelling that I can see, and my right testicle seems perfectly okay. Oh, and I've noticed that my urine's been pretty yellow lately. What could be going on here?

Can you advise me on whether it's safe to resume sexual activity and if there are any precautions I should take?

After the removal of your kidney stent, its generally safe to resume sexual activity once any discomfort or bleeding has subsided and you're feeling comfortable.
