I'm having a hard time with this cold that's been hanging around for a month now. It seems like every time I take cold medicine, it clears up, but as soon as I stop, it just comes back again. Do you have any suggestions for a good medicine or any advice on what I should do next?

View allI've been feeling a bit under the weather with a sore throat and cold symptoms over the past few days. I noticed my oxygen levels dropped from 99 to 95, which got me worried. So I went ahead and got the rt pcr and chest CT scans done. Thankfully, the Covid test came back negative twice and my HRCT thorax looks normal. One odd thing I've picked up is that I have nasal congestion, but my oxygen levels seem to go back to normal when I breathe through my mouth. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I've had a really bad runny nose for the past six days, and I'm feeling pretty miserable. I heard that taking azithromycin tablets might help with a cold. Do you think it's a good idea for me to try them, or should I consider something else? Is it normal for a cold to last this long?

Is it okay to get a tetanus shot in the buttock? I got one there and now it's hurting. I'm kind of worried because I read online that getting it in the buttock isn't recommended. Why did the nurse say it was less painful and more effective there? Can you help me understand what's going on?
