I'm having this intense, painful itching all over my body every winter, especially when I start moving around, like when I'm walking. It feels like I'm being stabbed by a thousand tiny needles, mostly on my upper body and legs. Its crazy painful, but it seems to disappear once I start sweating. Lately, I've noticed these small bump-like things appearing during these itching episodes, but they vanish after a few hours. I'm really curious about what's causing this. Also, I've got this recurring issue with my fingers; they keep getting dry. Vaseline helps for a bit, but the dryness just comes back. Any idea what's going on with that?

Apply moisturizers more frequently throughout the day, especially after washing your hands. Look for creams that contain glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or ceramides. Consider using gentle, hydrating hand soaps and avoid washing your hands with very hot water, as it can dry out the skin. Wear gloves when you're outdoors in cold weather to protect your hands from the elements. Avoid harsh chemicals like cleaning products that can further dry out the skin.

View allI'm dealing with Nevus of Ota on my right eye and was being treated at AIIMS Delhi, where I saw a lot of improvement. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment because I moved to Bangalore. Could you help me find a good, experienced doctor here in Bangalore for this condition? I'm really looking for someone who can pick up where my treatment left off. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been dealing with this on-and-off rash that just won't leave me alone. It looks like small itchy mosquito bites on my arms, and they often swell up and even get filled with pus sometimes. Any idea what's going on or how I can make it stop?
That could be folliculitis which needs immediate attention from your doctor, visit dermatologist for appropriate management.

I'm really curious about whether drinking beetroot and carrot juice every morning can actually help brighten my skin. Is it true? Can this routine truly make a noticeable difference?
Drinking beetroot and carrot juice daily may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits for skin health, but the claim of "skin brightening" is exaggerated and not entirely accurate.
