I'm having an issue where I finish really quickly the first time I have sex, but then after about an hour, I can last much longer, like 45 minutes. This leaves my partner unsatisfied after the first round. I'm really looking for ways to last longer the first time. What can I do to improve this?

- Skin Irritation: Combining two products with different active ingredients can increase the risk of skin irritation, such as redness, itching, or burning.
- Unstable pH Levels: Eskinol and Myra-E may have different pH levels, which can disrupt the skin's natural pH balance when combined.
- Ineffective or Reduced Efficacy: Mixing two products can dilute or alter their individual effects, reducing their overall efficacy.
Instead
- Use products separately: Apply Eskinol and Myra-E separately, following their individual instructions and recommendations.
- Consult a dermatologist: If you're unsure about combining products or have specific skin concerns, consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.

View allI've got this painful issue that started this morning. So, I went to pee, and I sneezed at the same time without realizing it. Immediately, I felt this intense pain, like I might've stretched something in my urethra, but there's no bleeding. Now, whenever I try to pee, it really hurts at first. Oddly, if I pee slowly and let out just a little at a time, the pain isn't as bad. I'm 24, and I've never had any major health problems before. What could be going on here?
The sudden pain while urinating, especially after sneezing, may indicate a possible urethral strain or irritation. Since you're experiencing pain while peeing, especially at the beginning, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and guidance. Possible Causes 1. Urethral strain or irritation 2. Urinary tract infection (UTI) 3. Urethral spasms 4. Pelvic floor muscle strain Next Steps 1. Schedule an appointment with your primary care physician or a urologist. 2. Provide detailed information about your symptoms, including the sneezing incident. 3. Get a physical examination and possibly some diagnostic tests (e.g., urinalysis, ultrasound) to rule out underlying conditions. In the meantime: 1. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. 2. Avoid spicy or acidic foods that might irritate your urethra. 3. Urinate when you feel the need, rather than holding it in.

My dad just had an ultrasound done, and they found an 11 mm stone in his right kidney. He's not feeling any pain or discomfort right now. Should we be considering surgery, or are there medications that might help with this? What do you think?
11mm is a big stone. It is unlikely to pass on its own. Better to get it removed
