Im having this pain under my ribs ever since I had coronavirus, and its worst when I sleep on my left side. The pain is on my left side too. Im taking nise medicine and it helps when I use it. Ive recovered from COVID, but the pain just wont go away. Any idea what this could be?

I'm experiencing a lot of burping and I seem to get short of breath. When I take an antacid and the gas goes away, my breathlessness seems to improve. Could GERD or the excessive burping be causing this breathlessness? It's a bit worrying, and I'd love to understand what's going on.
