I'm having a really tough time with constipation and I'm not sure what syrup might help. Also, Im a bit lost about what types of foods I should be eating to help with this. Can you guide me on what to do?

For constipation, you can take syrup Duphalac 15ml once daily. Additionally, you should increase your intake of fiber-rich foods such as fruits (apples, pears, berries), vegetables (broccoli, carrots, spinach), whole grains (oats, brown rice), and legumes (beans, lentils). It is also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Regular physical activity can also help alleviate constipation.
