I'm having a really tough time with constipation and I'm not sure what syrup might help. Also, Im a bit lost about what types of foods I should be eating to help with this. Can you guide me on what to do?

For constipation, you can take syrup Duphalac 15ml once daily. Additionally, you should increase your intake of fiber-rich foods such as fruits (apples, pears, berries), vegetables (broccoli, carrots, spinach), whole grains (oats, brown rice), and legumes (beans, lentils). It is also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Regular physical activity can also help alleviate constipation.

I've been experiencing a really concerning issue whenever I eat. I get this severe pain in my chest, close to where my heart is, right after meals. It seems to get worse when I have spicy foods. Oddly enough, if I lie down immediately, the pain goes away. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm really concerned because my sgpt, sgot, and ggt numbers are pretty high and above normal levels. Plus, I noticed my leukocyte count is also elevated. Can you help me understand what this might mean?

Having elevated SGPT, SGOT, and GGT levels along with increased leukocyte count can indicate liver and inflammatory issues. To address this, you can consider taking medications like Ursodeoxycholic acid to support liver function and reduce liver enzyme levels. Additionally, Ibuprofen can help with inflammation and leukocyte count. It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've been experiencing this weird feeling of shortness of breath that just comes out of nowhere and then disappears. It's odd because it doesn't mess with my sleep at all - I'm still getting like 8 hours at night. I also make sure to walk for about 2 hours every day and have no other symptoms at all. No fever, no cough, nothing. The strange part is that it only pops up when I'm alone or not doing anything. When I'm busy or eating, it doesn't happen. Ive even checked my pulse, blood pressure, sugar, and oxygen levels, and everything is normal according to my doctor. They just gave me pan 40 and tryptomar tablets. It usually hangs around for 3 to 4 days, then I'm okay for a bit, and out of the blue, it might start up again, maybe in a month or so. I already know I have acid reflux and am on treatment for it, but I still get it sometimes. Can you help me figure out why this might be happening?

Take pantop 40mg for 5 days
