I'm having some major issues with my left ear that are really affecting my sleep. I found out I have a middle ear infection and after going through a bunch of tests like X-rays, blood work, an echocardiogram, ECG, and a CT scan of the mastoid, my doctor is suggesting a major surgery. Can you tell me what this surgery is called? I'm also really worried about any health risks that might come with it.

View allI've been dealing with a completely blocked right nostril for the last three months, and my doctor mentioned it might be due to DNS, suggesting surgery as an option. I've been trying homeopathy for about a month now, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any advice on what I should do next?

I'm dealing with this weird sensation where the left side of my mouth always feels itchy and slightly painful, almost like it's dry. It's just before my throat and past my left tonsil. This has been bugging me for months now. Sometimes, it reminds me of a mouth ulcer, but it just keeps coming back after a few days. Plus, when I sleep on my left side for a while, it feels uncomfortable because only my left nostril stays open, and the airflow directly hits that area. Any idea what might be going on here?
