I'm having some trouble breathing, but both my chest X-ray and ECG came back normal. They mentioned there's a bit of congestion, and I'm on medication for that. The thing is, my oximeter is reading my oxygen level at 91. Should I be worried about this?

View allI recently had a chest X-ray and it came back saying that there are prominent bilateral hilar shadows. I'm a bit worried and would really like to understand what this means. Could you explain it to me?
Bilateral Hilar Shadows being prominent on your chest X-ray typically indicates enlargement or prominence of the lymph nodes in the hilar region of the lungs, which can be caused by various conditions such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, lymphoma, or other inflammatory or infectious diseases, and further testing or evaluation by a specialist is usually required to determine the underlying cause.
