I'm having some trouble with my breathing latelyit feels like deep breaths are kinda stressing me out. And it gets worse when I'm in an air-conditioned space; it feels like I'm suffocating after just a few minutes. Do you have any idea what might be going on or any suggestions for what I should do?

My dad's been dealing with this really thick white phlegm and a cough every day after he got over bronchitis a few days ago. Before, the phlegm was yellowish for about 5 or 6 days, and now it's just super thick and white. Do you think this will clear up soon? It bothers him a lot, especially because he constantly feels like he has to clear his throat when he talks. He's not running a fever or anything, and he's breathing fine. It's just this cough and phlegm that's driving him nuts. What do you think we should do?

tab mucinac for 3 days , tab tusq for 3 days

I'm wondering if it's alright for me to use Asthalin respules before playing sports. I have asthma and my breathing gets really heavy if I don't use it. But when I do, I can play for the full duration. Would using it beforehand be okay?

Yes, its okay to use Asthalin respules before playing sports if your doctor has advised it. It helps open up the airways, making it easier to breathe and preventing early fatigue. Just ensure you follow your doctors instructions on dosage and timing.

I've been feeling really congested in my chest and no matter how much I sleep, I just wake up feeling tired all day like I can't get enough rest. I tried taking Asthalin before sleeping last night and it seemed to help a bit with the fatigue. I'm also dealing with a lot of acidity all day long, and sometimes it even makes me vomit and I end up coughing up a lot of phlegm. Do you think these things are related, and what can I do about it?
