I'm having some trouble with my skin itching a lot after I bathe in the morning and again in the evening, and it's starting to get really uncomfortable. Could this be caused by something specific? Also, I noticed my urine has been looking yellow, and I'm starting to get a bit worried about these changes. What could be going on?

View allI've noticed that my fingertips have become really sensitive, and now my sense of touch feels dulled. I can still feel things, just not as sharply as before. Also, my fingers and hands are super dry and wrinkled, almost like they've been in water too long, and this has been going on for about two weeks. I've tried using lotion multiple times a day, but the wrinkles just won't go away. It's happening on both hands. What could this be?

I've noticed these tiny black dots on my stomach and I'm really curious about what could be causing them. Should I be concerned? Can they be treated with just normal calamine lotion, or is it something that might need more specific medication?

My fianc's been dealing with this red, kinda dry, super itchy scrotum, especially where his leg creases and on the scrotum itself. It's not something we can just ignore because its pretty annoying for him. Do you have any idea what could be going on or how we might help him feel better? Is there anything specific we should try or avoid?
I recommend using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra twice a day on the affected areas for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting underwear, and avoiding scratching will help with the healing process.
