I'm having some trouble with my skin itching a lot after I bathe in the morning and again in the evening, and it's starting to get really uncomfortable. Could this be caused by something specific? Also, I noticed my urine has been looking yellow, and I'm starting to get a bit worried about these changes. What could be going on?

I'm worried about a scar on my face from when I hit the ground really hard three months ago. It seemed to lighten up before using coconut oil, but now it looks like the mark has become permanent. I'm self-conscious about it as it looks odd on my face. Are there any lotions or creams you would recommend to help with this?

Treatments* 1. *Silicone Gel or Sheets*: Can help flatten and soften the scar tissue. 2. *Hydroquinone Cream*: Fades hyperpigmentation, but use with caution and under medical supervision. 3. *Tretinoin Cream*: Derivative of vitamin A, promotes collagen production and cell turnover. 4. *Corticosteroid Cream*: Reduces inflammation and itching. *Natural Remedies* 1. *Aloe Vera Gel*: Soothes and calms the skin. 2. *Tea Tree Oil*: Has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. 3. *Vitamin E Oil*: Promotes collagen production and skin elasticity. 4. *Cocoa Butter*: Moisturizes and nourishes the skin. *Additional Tips* 1. *Massage*: Gently massage the scar tissue with your fingertips in a circular motion. 2. *Sun Protection*: Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to prevent further darkening of the scar. 3. *Keep the Area Moisturized*: Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.
