I'm a non-smoker and had a case of tuberculosis back in 2015. For the last 1.8 years, I've been dealing with a buildup of phlegm, and I just found out my IgE level is 489 IUml. I've just started running, and I'm having some trouble with a thick cough that's building up in my throat, making it hard to breathe.
