I'm having to take Montelukast LC every other day due to my allergies, and it turns out I've got an allergy to Aspergillus fumigatus fungus. What can I do to get rid of or manage this allergy?

View allI'm dealing with allergies that hit me whenever there's dust, strong smells, or sudden weather changes. It's been going on for a long time, and I end up sneezing up to 30 times in one go, which is exhausting. I rely on Cetrizine, Fexofenadine, or Bilastine, but every time I take these meds, I get really drowsy and have a dry mouth. Is there anything else you can suggest that doesn't come with these annoying side effects?

I'm experiencing continuous sneezing after I masturbate, and I've checked with doctors, but all of them say it's an allergy. I also feel discomfort in my uvula, which I think might be causing the sneezing. I'm really curious about what might be going on. Is there something specific causing this, or any way to prevent it?

I'm a bit anxious after getting my IgE test done, and I'm really hoping to understand if the results are within the normal range. Could you let me know if everything looks okay? Also, if there are any medications I should be considering, I'd really appreciate your guidance.
IgE tests measure the levels of immunoglobulin E in your blood, which is often elevated in allergic conditions. Normal IgE levels can vary depending on the laboratory, but generally, levels below 100 IUmL are considered normal. If your IgE levels are elevated, it may indicate an allergic condition. If your IgE levels are high and you are experiencing symptoms of allergies, your doctor may prescribe antihistamines such as Cetirizine (10mg once daily) or Loratadine (10mg once daily) to help manage your symptoms. It's important to follow your doctor's recommendations for treatment.
