I'm having trouble with breathing and keep getting a sudden cold and a blocked nose whenever it's cold or I eat anything cold. At night, it sometimes feels like I have chest pain or I can't catch my breath while trying to sleep. Could this be something serious? Should I be worried?

View allI've been dealing with pleural tuberculosis and have just finished my first two months of treatment. The fluid buildup started clearing up once I began treatment, but I'm still experiencing a mild fever in the evenings, around 99.3, that lasts until I go to bed. I'm kind of worried and really want to know when this fever might finally disappear, especially since I'm having trouble reaching my doctor with everything shut down. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?
fever will be relieved almost after 2 months, take tablet dolo 650mg

I'm having trouble with shortness of breath at night, especially around bedtime, and I often start sneezing. I'm using a Foracort inhaler and Montair to manage it, but they only help temporarily. I'm really looking for a permanent solution. Do you have any advice on what I can do?
That could be due to allergy, try to identify the allergen and avoid it, visit Physician for evaluation and appropriate management

Is there actually a long-term cure for asthma? I'm dealing with really uncomfortable chest tightness and shortness of breath. My doctor suggested using the Budetrol 200 Rotacap inhaler for a couple of months, and it helps, but if I skip it for a day or two, all my symptoms just come rushing back. It's frustrating, and I'm worried about relying on the inhaler indefinitely. What should I do? Any advice on this would be really appreciated.
Continue budetrol 200 rotacaps sos for breathing difficulty.
