I've been having chest pain for about two weeks now, mostly on the left side under my breast. It's really uncomfortable because it gets worse when I lie down and feels like it's traveling to my back. Breathing deeply is painful, like a pinching feeling, and sneezing isn't an option because of the pain. I also feel like there's mucus in my throat, although I'm not coughing much. Last year around this time, I had a bad cough that lasted a month. When I saw a doctor last year, they had me do a chest X-ray and an HRCT, but those were normal, as was my CBC test. They gave me a painkiller with paracetamol since I had a fever in the beginning, but the fever's gone now. The chest pain isn't improving and seems to be getting worse. Do you have any advice on what I should do?

Why am I being given levofloxacin and amoxicillin along with comebutol and macox plus 600 for my tuberculosis treatment, when I thought the usual meds for this are rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol? I've been on medication for 8 months already and just feeling confused about this change.

I'm really worried about my dad's CT HRCT report since he's 50 today, and I just don't fully understand it. The findings say things like "pulmonary interstitium is normal bilaterally," and theres no "nodular shadowing" or "ground glass haze." The report also mentions the "peribronchovascular tissue is unremarkable," which sounds like a good thing, but Im not sure. Plus, it says no "pleural effusion" or "calcification" is seen, and the "cardiovascular markings are of normal caliber." The impression just says "normal study." Does this mean everythings okay, and theres really nothing to worry about? Could you explain it so I can be sure Im understanding this right?

I'm having trouble with breathing and keep getting a sudden cold and a blocked nose whenever it's cold or I eat anything cold. At night, it sometimes feels like I have chest pain or I can't catch my breath while trying to sleep. Could this be something serious? Should I be worried?

Thats clearly due to allergy,you are allergic to cool substances avoiding them is the only solution that you have and visit physician for appropriate management
