I'm having trouble with my eyes getting really watery after I've been staring at my screen for a long time or when I'm looking at bright lights for too long. What's causing this and is there a way to fix it?

I'm really worried about my mom. I took her for an eye checkup a while back because she was experiencing intense itching in her eyes. The doctor then mentioned something about poor blood circulation in her eyes and sent us home. That itching never really went away and now, after four years, she's developed cataracts in one eye and can't see out of it. Today, we found out there's pus in that eye, and the doctor said they can't operate because if it bursts, her pain will be unbearable. What should I do? How can we improve the blood circulation in her eyes?

I've been noticing that I'm getting these external styes on my upper eyelids quite frequently lately. They seem to disappear on their own after a day or two, but then they come back again. Though they aren't painful, it's starting to worry me a bit. Could you recommend any medication or treatment that might help prevent them from returning?
