I'm having trouble sleeping for the past week. When I first try to fall asleep, it suddenly feels like I can't breathe properly. I end up having to open my mouth just to get a good breath in. This has been happening every night for about half an hour right when I'm trying to sleep. I'm not stressed or anything, so I doubt it's anxiety. It's weird because I only notice this issue when I'm lying down to sleep. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI've been experiencing this weird, persistent cough once a day or so, and each time it comes with this white, sticky phlegm. It only seems to stop after I somehow manage to clear it all out. Sometimes I even have to force myself to vomit just to get it out of my throat. Also, I've noticed a whistling or wheezing sound when I breathe in while Im coughing. Could you help me figure out what's going on, and suggest who I should reach out to for help?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been experiencing some breathing problems lately, but it's not constant. It happens sometimes when I'm talking, either on the phone or at work. After about 23 minutes, I feel like I need to pause and catch my breath. I'm also feeling a bit of heaviness in my chest. Do you think this is something to worry about?
do chest xray and then proceed further

I've had COVID twice, once in September 2020 and again in April 2021. Since then, I've been feeling quite breathless. I'm worried if there might be any underlying disease causing this or if this is just a common after-effect of the virus. Can you help me understand what's going on?
