I'm having trouble smelling anything right now and it's really worrying me. Do you have any medicine recommendations that could help me get my sense of smell back?

View allI've been dealing with ear problems for the past 5 years and have seen multiple doctors but still no improvement. My hearing loss is around 50db in both ears. What treatment options would you recommend? If surgery is the best route, could you suggest some good hospitals? And if non-surgical treatments are better, what kind of treatments should I consider? I'm 27 years old and really want to find a solution that works.
You may need further evaluation for ear issues; both surgical and hearing aids are options—visit a tertiary ENT center.

I'm really worried because I've been having this weird discomfort in my throat for the past 23 weeks. It's mostly at night and feels like something's stuck in there. I already saw an ENT doctor who did a larynx endoscopy and gave me some meds, which worked for about ten days. But now the problem is back and when I eat, it feels like there's this spicy sensation in my throat and even in my ear. Can you help me figure out what's going on?
Drinking cold water can cause: - Irritation of the throat lining - Constriction of blood vessels - Inflammation To soothe the sore throat: - Gargle with warm saltwater - Suck on throat lozenges (e.g., Strepsils) - Take over-the-counter pain relievers (e.g., acetaminophen) Rest your voice and stay hydrated. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

I've been noticing these bumps in my throat and shared some pictures where they're circled. These bumps keep changing in size, and I've also got some middle ear effusion issues with my Eustachian tube. Sometimes, I feel a sore and burning sensation just on the right side, in both my throat and ear, which is the same side as the bump. I'm really starting to wonder if this is something normal or if I should be concerned about it. Any thoughts?
