I'm having this weird feeling of uneasiness in my chest, but it's only when I'm trying to sleep at night, during the day it's not there at all. When it happens, I usually just get up, drink some water, and I end up belching a lot, and then after a while, I can go back to sleep like normal. I've been keeping an eye on my SpO2 at home and its around 97-98 every time I check it. Also, I went to a general physician yesterday, May 18, and they said my SpO2 is good too. I don't have any other symptoms, especially those related to Covid. My doctor gave me antibiotics to be on the safer side along with some vitamins for three days. I'm just wondering if there's anything else I should be looking into, like, should I get a CT scan of my lungs or anything like that given my situation?

At present CT is not required . Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

An isoechoic lesion attached to the gallbladder wall could be a gallbladder polyp, which is a tissue growth that extends from the gallbladder's mucous lining.If a gallbladder polyp increases in size by 2 mm or more, or reaches 10 mm in diameter, surgical removal of the gallbladder, called cholecystectomy, may be recommended. As in this case size increases so surgery should be recommended

I've been having this intense pricking sensation right at the opening of my anus whenever I pass stools. It's not exactly painful the rest of the time, and there's no bleeding involved. I'm kind of worried about what might be causing this. Could it be something that needs attention or do you have any advice on how to deal with it?

I've been dealing with an anal fissure for three years now and have been taking Lacsyp and some other antibiotics, though I forgot the name. Sometimes it eases up, but now I'm dealing with hard bowels, pain, and discomfort again. Today, I noticed some pus-like material on my rectum while bathing. Plus, I'm also having trouble with gas. What do you think might be going on, and is there something more I should be doing to get relief or prevent this from getting worse?
It migght a an infection, drink plenty of water if there is severe pain and fever and consult your surgeon
