I'm having this weird needle-like sensation in the back of my head that started today. Everything else feels pretty normal though, and the pricking isn't happening all the time. Any idea what could be causing this?

It sounds like youre experiencing occasional nerve-related sensations, which can sometimes happen due to stress, posture, or minor nerve irritations. Since everything else is normal, its likely not serious, but if it persists or worsens, please consider seeing a doctor for evaluation.
