I'm having this weird pain on the right side of my ribs, kind of up close to my throat area. I've been taking rabekind medicine, but I'm just really curious about what's causing this. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

View allI've been having this intense pricking sensation right at the opening of my anus whenever I pass stools. It's not exactly painful the rest of the time, and there's no bleeding involved. I'm kind of worried about what might be causing this. Could it be something that needs attention or do you have any advice on how to deal with it?
It could be due to various reasons which requires physical examination to evaluate, suggesting for surgical consultation.

I've been dealing with external piles for 34 years and never told anyone because I'm embarrassed. They swell up, hurt badly, and sometimes bleed. I get constipated easily, can't digest food properly, and there's itching and sharp pain around my anus. The hemorrhoids are about the size of a chana pulse I don't know what stage I'm at but I can't take it anymore. Can this be treated without surgery? I'm really scared of going under the knife.
Advanced external piles with pain and bleeding may need surgery—laser options offer quicker recovery with less pain.

I've just had a stool test come back showing cysts of E. histolytica. I'm really worried about whether this is a chronic issue. Also, I'm experiencing some mucous discharge when I pass stool. Is there any treatment you would recommend?
