I'm hearing these weird sizzling sounds in my throat, it's almost like a slow sizzle or maybe like water trickling really slowly. I've done all the tests, even for covid, and they all came back negative. I also feel like I need to cough, but I never actually do. What's going on? Can you help me figure this out?

View allI'm a bit worried because I've noticed a small lump on the right side of my neck. It feels a bit firm, and I'm not sure if it's something serious or if it could just be a swollen lymph node. It hasn't really changed in size or become painful, but it's making me anxious. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that might just go away on its own? What could be causing this lump, and do I need to get it checked out soon?

I'm having a really hard time swallowing anything, even my own saliva, since yesterday. Im a bit worried because a few days ago I had a throat infection and a cold, but was feeling better last week. Plus, I ate some really hot food yesterday and Im not sure if that messed things up again. Could that be causing my throat pain?
You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
