I'm just a bit concerned about the burning sensation and the whitish patches inside my cheeks. Ive been taking SM Fibro Caps for about 50 days now, and my cheeks feel thick. The doctor mentioned something about OSMF Stage I, but there were no tests done. Should I be considering any specific tests to confirm this, or are the meds I've been taking enough to handle the situation?

View allI've been smoking for about five years and usually go through 56 cigarettes each day. Lately, I've noticed these white lines inside my cheek that have been there for around a year. They're slightly thick, sometimes shrink, and taste bitter when I touch them with my tongue. There's no pain, but I often find my food tasteless. Should I be worried that this might be something serious, or could it just be some kind of fungus?

I've been dealing with this ulcer on my tongue and the side of my tongue for a really long time now, and its becoming a constant issue. It's kind of worrying me because it never seems to go away. What could be causing this, and should I be doing something different to get rid of it?
You need to get this checked..there might be a tooth with a sharp margin constantly coming on contact with the side of you tongue causing the ulcers..please do meet a dentist and an ENT specialist asap.

I've been dealing with oral submucous fibrosis and have stopped using gutkha for 8 days now. While I've never had trouble opening my mouth, I did notice some white-grey patches inside my cheeks. I've been on medication and eating lots of fruits and green vegetables, as my doctor advised, for the past 10 days. I'm seeing some changes: the white color from the patches is mostly gone, and they've turned a bit black instead. Does this black color mean something specific? Should I be worried or is it part of the healing process?
