I had surgery at 18 for a urinary infection that left my penis deformed. Now at 33, my penis is only about an inch when erect even when watching films, and my testicles don't react they're very small and don't seem to function. I feel tense with a fast heartbeat when aroused, and while there's some blood flow, my penis stays small. I'm always inactive and worried about this. Could this be hormonal or related to my past surgery? What could be causing this lack of response?

I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction since my fissure surgery in 2014 and nothing seems to help tried kegels, diet changes, and lifestyle adjustments but still no improvement. What could be causing this and are there other treatment options I should consider?
