I'm just wondering if taking HCG can actually help me get pregnant, or is it just to assist with the process? It's been exactly 10 days since I took it, and I'm having abdominal pain, back pain, body aches, and I'm peeing a lot more frequently. I was given HCG on the 12th day, and my doctor mentioned there's ovulation happening on both sides. Could these symptoms mean I'm pregnant?

I'm really worried because I took the meningitis B vaccine last month, and soon after I got really sick and had to go to the hospital. I'm 18, and on top of it all, my menstrual cycle seems delayed. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative, so I'm trying to figure out if the vaccine could be affecting my period. Is that a possibility?
no
