I'm kind of worried because I missed my period. My last one started on March 3rd and I took a home pregnancy test on April 5th, which came out positive. I also got a BETA HCG test the same day and the levels were at 309.1 mIUml. Can you let me know if these results definitely mean that I'm pregnant? And if so, is there any indication from the HCG levels about whether it's a healthy pregnancy?

Your pregnancy test results are positive. In order to determine whether it is a healthy pregnancy, you will have to consult an obstetrician and undergo a panel of antenatal blood tests and scans.

How many days after period can you not get pregnant?

You're most fertile at the time of ovulation (when an egg is released from your ovaries), which usually occurs 12 to 14 days before your next period starts. This is the time of the month when you're most likely to get pregnant. It's unlikely that you'll get pregnant just after your period, although it can happen.

My mom is 40 years old and has a 6 cm uterine fibroid in the anterior myometrial wall. The endometrial echo also shows a slight polyp-like structure, so there are issues in both the endometrium and myometrium. She also has PCOD, though not too severe. Despite all this, she has regular periods with no symptoms. Can homeopathy completely cure her? We don't want surgery, but can you assure a full recovery? Could you share more details about this?

I'm planning to have my first-time intercourse and I'm really anxious about the potential pain. I've heard that lox 2 jelly might help with that, but is it actually safe to use in the vagina for the first time? Would it be effective, or could it cause any problems? I'm looking for some advice on whether it's a good idea to try it out.

Lox 2% jelly, which contains lidocaine, is a local anesthetic commonly used to numb the skin or mucous membranes. While it may reduce discomfort during intercourse, it's important to note that using it in the vaginal area for the first time could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Its always best to consult with a healthcare provider before using any topical anesthetics to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your situation.
