I'm a little concerned because my blood pressure reading came out as 11886 mmHg. Is this considered normal or should I be worried about it? What do you suggest I do next?

View allI've noticed that whenever I do something active, like quickly walking up the stairs, I get out of breath really fast, and my vision kinda goes dark. It's like I have to sit or lie down and breathe deeply for a little while, maybe 5 to 10 minutes, and then things are okay again until I do something physical again. I'm kinda worried about this. What kind of doctor should I see about it, and what could be causing this?

I'm 21 and I've been on Concor Cor 2.5mg since May 2018. I'm wondering if there's a way to stop taking it for good. I've attached my 2D echo results. Can you tell me if it's possible to withdraw from this medication permanently?
